ORDERS AND SHIPPING
Thank you so much for shopping with Accents of the South by Beverly Farrington! We are thrilled that you're here and that you've chosen us to play a small part in the design and functionality of your home. We hope you enjoy our products just as much as we do!
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed online will be confirmed at the time of purchase either via email or SMS. Please note that we do not fulfill orders on weekends or holidays. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery time frame will be available to you during checkout. Estimated delivery time is calculated from the date of shipping. Please note, some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe. You should also receive a notification once your item(s) has shipped.
CLAIMS
We apologize that you have received an item damaged, defective, or by mistake. Please note that we do find it the responsibility of the client at the time of delivery to ensure that all items are received and in good condition. If this is not the case, please submit that claim information below within 48 hours of receiving your item to info@accentsofthesouth.com.
Please include the following information in your claim:
- The name of the damaged item or item in question
- A short description of the issue
- An image of the item
- An image of the original packaging (if damaged)
- The preferred outcome of the claim- Refund, Replace (if possible), Gift Card
Once received and approved by Accents of the South, we will send you a return shipping label to the email address we received the claim information from.
ONLINE RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return your item(s) within 10 business days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase. Refunds will only be processed to original forms of payment. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is part of an approved claim as stated above. All returns are eligible to a 15% restocking fee. Note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for custom orders, discounted items, gift cards, or large furniture items.

Upon return, your item will be inspected and refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage. Accents of the South reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders begin production immediately upon order placement and are built to your specifications. As a result, the item(s) cannot be canceled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. Lead Time on custom orders will vary based on the manufacturer's availability. Our design team would be happy to assist you with any questions you may have related to the lead time of your existing or desired custom purchase.

All prices in our source books and online are in U.S. dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items and correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions.
